Our small pieces They are hand-carved from the main fillet and are a practical and versatile cut, with a rustic appearance and a bright pink color. Their smaller size allows the olive oil they're soaked in to penetrate deeper into the meat, keeping it more tender and juicy.
An innovative solution that combines excellent flavor with practicality in the kitchen. Even the pieces are cooked in water and sea salt and processed entirely by hand, following our family tradition of fishing for four generations.

We are a family of fishermen for four generations, owners of the largest Italian tuna fleet in the Mediterranean. This heritage allows us to monitor the tuna from the moment it's caught and to hold the highest quota of Mediterranean tuna allocated by law.
Our in-depth knowledge of tuna begins at sea and continues on land, where every step is carefully monitored: from selecting the finest cuts to artisanal processing in our Salerno facility. Each product is handcrafted, following timescales and methods that respect the raw material and preserve its quality, consistency, and flavor. Ours is a family-run supply chain, from fishing to processing: a journey founded on experience, passion, and responsibility toward the sea.

Its diet, based on oily fish, produces meat rich in high-quality fats like Omega-3, ideal for fighting cholesterol, cellular aging, and anemia, and is rich in protein. This nutritional profile is ideal for a balanced diet and a healthy, active lifestyle.
Our bluefin tuna comes exclusively from the Mediterranean, FAO zone 37.1.3. We catch it with our own tuna boats, the largest fleet in Italy, then select and process it by hand in our factory in Salerno using ancient techniques passed down through our family for four generations.
